Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. Before shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you've purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
